How long does a Basic deployment take?
Standard deployments take 4–6 weeks: process audit, environment setup, configuration, ERP/MES integration, team training, and go-live. Complex plants with multiple lines or sites may require 8–12 weeks.
What changes between Basic and Premium?
Basic includes hosting managed by 1801, office-hour SLAs, and pre-configured module templates. Premium adds deployment on your own infrastructure, extended SLAs, dedicated DevOps pipelines, and a joint quarterly roadmap.
Which ERP and MES systems do you integrate with?
We connect to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom legacy systems via REST APIs, webhooks, or custom connectors. We'll assess your stack during the audit phase and scope the integration effort precisely.
How do you handle IoT and shop floor data?
