Our origin

A number with a story.

1801 was the street number of one of our earliest offices in Rome — a launchpad for multiple projects, a place where ideas were meant to turn into products.

The office is no longer ours. But the address stayed with us. Our team has worked inside some of Europe's most recognisable organisations — Merkle, part of the Dentsu group, and Monster, at the time part of Randstad — delivering complex enterprise systems for major clients across the continent.

Today we work from Prague to Tokyo, building the kind of software we always wanted to build: reliable, scalable, enterprise-grade. Directly, without layers of management in between.

Management consulting firm · Italy

Without intervention, the firm risked losing clients to slower response times and eroding its reputation for delivery precision — the very thing a consulting firm sells.

The team operated across disconnected tools — spreadsheets for leads, email for approvals, no visibility on workload or project status. Coordination overhead was slowing growth.

We built a unified internal platform covering the full operational lifecycle: CRM, project and task management with Gantt and workload views, commercial offer generation, org chart with role-based permissions, HR goals, holiday tracking, visitor registry, knowledge base, and license vault.

The previous setup ran 7 people and missed deadlines constantly. After adopting the platform, a team of 5 delivers on time, every time — by management's own account. Fewer people, better results, no exceptions.

A major banking client noticed the difference, commended the team directly, and two of their managers independently requested to evaluate the platform for internal adoption.

Each bug in the legacy system meant a branch grinding to a halt — visitor check-ins failing, desks double-booked, compliance logs missing. For a regulated financial institution, operational disruption isn't an inconvenience. It's a liability.

A leading Italian bank was running a legacy system riddled with bugs and service interruptions. They needed a full replacement — stable, integrated, and capable of running with high availability across a nationwide network of branches.

We built and delivered the entire platform with a two-person team: visitor check-in integrated with Zucchetti HR, a public-facing document portal, hot desk management, parking allocation across multi-storey structures, and company fleet management for both fuel and electric vehicles. Every module connected to existing banking infrastructure with no tolerance for downtime.

The system now runs across 20+ branches, manages 40+ parking spaces per site, and handles over 3,000 daily employee interactions. Zero legacy bugs carried over. A large consultancy would have staffed 10+ people for the same scope. We shipped it with two.
